Job Title: Workato Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Workato Lead to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise integration solutions. The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Workato, API development, event-driven integrations, real-time workflows, troubleshooting, and integration architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable and reusable integrations using Workato.

  • Build complex APIs, event-driven workflows, and real-time integrations.

  • Own integration solutions from design and development through deployment and production support.

  • Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve production incidents.

  • Improve integration performance, scalability, reliability, and error handling.

  • Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.

  • Ensure integration security, governance, and adherence to technical standards.

  • Conduct technical reviews and mentor junior engineers.

  • Drive delivery excellence through technical ownership and accountability.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Workato and enterprise integrations.

  • Experience in API development and API-based integrations.

  • Expertise in event-driven and real-time integration workflows.

  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.

  • Knowledge of integration architecture, security, and governance.

  • Experience in production support and performance optimization.

  • Technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.

  • UAN number is mandatory when submitting candidate profiles.

  • Candidates must be comfortable working in a hybrid model, attending the office 2–3 days per week in Hyderabad or Bangalore.

  • Candidates must be comfortable attending a face-to-face (F2F) interview.

Interview Process

Compensation: Up to ₹25 LPA, based on experience and suitability.
